
Etihad Airways posted a net profit of $306 million (AED 1.1 billion) in the first half of 2025, marking a 32% increase compared to the same period last year. The airline’s total revenue also rose by 16%.
During this period, the carrier transported 10.2 million passengers, up 17% year-on-year, with a load factor reaching 87%. Etihad added five new aircraft to its fleet, including its first A321LR, and announced 27 new destinations in 2025.
CEO Antonoaldo Neves stated that the company’s growth is supported by “Sustainable investments, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.” Etihad expects to maintain strong performance throughout the remainder of the year.
